Local Stack VA (“we,” “us”) is a productized digital services studio. This policy explains what information we collect on localstackva.com and how we use it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Contact form or email: name, email address, business name, package interest, and the message you send.
• Client work: brand assets, login invites you grant (for example Google Business Profile manager access), and project details needed to deliver a package you purchased.
• Basic site logs: our host may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not run a separate advertising tracker on this marketing site today.

How we use it

• To reply to inquiries and discuss packages.
• To deliver services you hire us for.
• To invoice and keep ordinary business records.
• To improve the site’s reliability and security.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use contact-form submissions for unrelated marketing lists without asking.

Sharing

We share information only when needed to run the business — for example a form provider (once connected), email hosting, invoicing (such as Stripe or Square), or if the law requires it. Anyone who helps deliver your project is expected to keep client information confidential.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept as long as useful for follow-up and ordinary records. Client files are retained for the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for taxes, disputes, or restarts — then deleted or archived when no longer needed.

Your choices
